we introduce our Buyback Program.
At any time, you may return your Greta Boldini garment.
The Maison will repurchase it by offering a store credit of up to 80% of the original price.
Your piece will then be reintroduced into the Greta’s Garden cycle,
ready to bloom again.
Returns & Buyback Policy
Each Greta’s Garden piece is made especially for you.
For this reason, we do not offer standard returns or refunds.
We choose to produce only what is truly desired, avoiding waste and honoring the value of each garment.
If a product presents a clear manufacturing defect, once verified by our Maison, we will remake the piece at no additional cost.

Each Greta Boldini piece is designed to live more than one life.
The value of your garment over time is determined by its condition,
ensuring fairness, quality, and respect for the next owner.
Up to 80% — Like New
Worn with care, in excellent condition.
No visible signs of wear.
Up to 65% — Gently Worn
Minor signs of use, still perfectly wearable.
Beauty preserved, story begun.
Up to 50% — Worn
Visible signs of wear, but structurally intact.
A piece that has been lived in.
Up to 30% — Well Worn
Evident wear, small imperfections or marks.
Still part of the Garden, with character.
Evaluation Process
Each returned piece is carefully reviewed by our Maison
to determine its condition and corresponding buyback value.
Store credit will be issued accordingly and can be used on future purchases.
